INSTANT SUJI APPAM IN 3 MINUTES


Today's receipe is for all Women whose husband is foody but at the same time restricted himsellf as afraid of gaining weight. From my personal experience,I can say it is also for those women who were fedup of making parathas in daily basis, I'd add this breakfast receipe in my husband diet as he had reached 78 kg by having parathas in breakfast, let me share easier and healthier instant 'APPAM' Receipe which is less time consuming. Let's see the ingredients first :-


INGREDIENTS:-


1. 1/2 Cup Rawa (Suji) - 100 gm

2. 1/2 cup beaten yogurt

3. 2-3 chopped green chilly

4. 1/2 Cauliflower (Chopped)

5. 1/2 Capsicum (chopped)

6. Some curry leaves

7. 1 tbsp Musturd seeds

8. 1/2 inch Ginger paste

9. Salt to taste

10.Eno

11. Oil - 2 tbsp


HOW TO MAKE:-

1. Take Suji in a bowl  &  add some curd along with chopped Cauliflower, capsicum, green chilly, ginger paste, salt, & Mix them well.

2. Add some water if the batter appears to be thick.




3. Cover & keep the batter aside for 10-15 minutes.

4. Take oil in a small pan & heat. Add mustard  seeds to it when the seeds splutter, add  curry leaves into it.

5. Pour this tempering to the batter & Mix well.

6. In the end add Eno or baking powder & Mix gently.

7. On the other side preheat APPAM maker & pour oil in its each mould.

8. Fill each mould  with the batter & let them cook for 3 minutes in low           medium flame.

9. When the APPAM gets golden brown, Flip the side & continue cooking to 1 minute.

10. Take out the Roasted APPAM in a plate.



Note - Enjoy serving them with green Corriander chatni or tomato sauce or any other chatni as per your desire taste.
